- 2 pitted dates
- 2 scoops collagen powder
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup strawberries
- 2 tablespoons sea moss gel
- 2 tablespoons hyaluronic acid
- 1 teaspoon maple or agave syrup
- 1/4 of an avocado
You can use any collagen powder, whether it’s bovine or marine one.
