Well Natural Health (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website wellnaturalhealth.com (the “Site”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.
By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Who We Are
Well Natural Health is a health, wellness, nutrition, and product-review publication. We provide research-informed articles, recipes, buying guides, and supplement and product reviews. The Site is the data controller responsible for your personal information.
Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
- Contact and inquiry details. When you use a contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, and any information you choose to include in your message.
- Comments and submissions. If you comment or otherwise submit content, we collect the information you provide along with your display name and email.
- Newsletter/opt-in details. If you subscribe to updates, we collect your email address and any preferences you provide.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data. Like most websites, our servers automatically record log data such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, understand how the Site is used, serve advertising, and improve performance. See “Cookies and Tracking Technologies” below.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use:
- Essential cookies that are necessary for the Site to function (for example, security and caching).
- Analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors interact with the Site so we can improve our content.
- Advertising cookies set by Google and its partners to serve and measure ads, including personalized advertising where permitted.
- Affiliate cookies set by our partners (such as Amazon) when you click an affiliate link, so purchases can be attributed to us.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can set your browser to refuse cookies. Note that some parts of the Site may not function properly without them.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to measure and understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to collect information such as pages visited, time on site, approximate location (derived from a truncated/anonymized IP address), and device and browser details, reported to us in aggregate. This data helps us improve our content and user experience. Google may use this data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Advertising
We display advertising on the Site, including ads served through Google AdSense (Google LLC). Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our Site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info or, for EU users, youronlinechoices.eu.
Where required by law, ads are served in a non-personalized manner unless you provide consent.
Affiliate Disclosure
Well Natural Health is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.
We may also participate in other affiliate programs. This means that when you click certain links on the Site and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate partners may place cookies on your device to track referrals and attribute purchases. We only recommend products we believe provide value to our readers, and affiliate relationships never change the price you pay.
Pinterest Integration and the Pinterest API
Well Natural Health uses the Pinterest API to automatically create and publish Pins (including images, titles, descriptions, and links) to our own Pinterest boards when we publish new articles on the Site. This integration is used solely to distribute our own content to our own Pinterest account; it is not used to access, collect, or process any Pinterest data belonging to our visitors or to other Pinterest users.
No affiliation with Pinterest. Well Natural Health’s use of the Pinterest API is independent, and our Site/app is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Pinterest, Inc. “Pinterest” and related marks are trademarks of Pinterest, Inc.
What Pinterest-derived data we use. Through the Pinterest API, we may access and store limited account-level information necessary to operate the integration, such as our own Pinterest account/board identifiers and API access and refresh tokens. We do not collect Pinterest data about individual visitors to our Site, and we do not use the Pinterest API to access other users’ boards, Pins, or personal information.
Data retention and deletion. The API tokens and board/account identifiers described above are stored securely on our servers only for as long as the Pinterest integration remains connected. If we (or, where applicable, a connected account holder) disconnect the integration, or upon request, we permanently delete the associated access tokens, refresh tokens, and any locally stored account/board identifiers obtained via the Pinterest API. We do not retain Pinterest-derived data beyond what is needed to operate the active integration.
No resale or redistribution. We do not sell, rent, license, or otherwise redistribute Pinterest content or any Pinterest-derived data to third parties. Any content we publish to Pinterest (such as images and article links) is our own original or licensed content, published to our own Pinterest account for the sole purpose of promoting our published articles.

Third-Party Links
The Site contains links to third-party websites, including affiliate links to retailers such as Amazon. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form. Contact and inquiry information is kept for as long as needed to respond to and document your request.

EU/UK (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases for processing your information include your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Site, and compliance with legal obligations. Where we rely on consent (for example, for analytics and advertising cookies), you may withdraw it at any time. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
California (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. While we do not sell your personal information for money, the use of advertising cookies may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law; you can opt out using the advertising controls described above. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in the “Contact Us” section below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no industry standard for responding to DNT signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. You can still manage cookies and tracking through your browser settings and the advertising opt-outs described above.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption across the Site. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Visitors
We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
