What you need:
100% whey protein (I recommend Muscle-Pharm Combat 100 Protein)
Milk and Ice Cream. I use Breyer’s Carb Smart Vanilla Ice Cream. Any brand will work, but this one is the lowest in sugar, carbs, and fat of any ice cream. Use whatever blend of milk/cream you would like. I put 1 scoop protein powder and 3 cups cream/milk (depending on how thick you want it)
Milk or Almond milk (Optional, if you prefer a lower calorie shake).
2 scoops of sugar-free Torani’s flavoring syrup (they have a bunch of different flavors online, but any brand will work. This is optional if you want more flavor. Might be hard to find though.
How to make it:
Add all ingredients except the milk and syrup together in blender and mix on high for 30 seconds. Add milk (and flavoring syrup if you’re using it) and blend on high for another 20+ seconds, until it gets to the consistency you like! It’s best served with ice cubes when it’s thick and creamy.
Makes at least 5 servings, depending on how much milk/cream you use.

Notes: I know the fat number is a bit high, but that’s just because of the ice cream. Fat content in this recipe can be reduced by using less or no ice cream. This drink is best served cold, so I recommend serving it in a blender bottle with an ice cube or two to keep it cool. Enjoy! Feedback is much appreciated.
