Coffee and lemon for weight loss

Lemon and coffee combination is a great remedy for weight loss. Lemon increases the metabolism rate of the body, which in turn leads to weight loss. Combined with coffee, this duo brings out amazing results.

The following recipe incorporates both ingredients.

Ingredients :

5 cups water

2 tablespoons lemon juice

3/4 teaspoon coffee grounds

1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Directions : In a medium saucepan, add the water and bring it to a boil.

Add the coffee grounds to it and remove from heat. Let the mixture stand for 1 hour, covered, then strain it into a pitcher using a fine strainer or cheesecloth. Add lemon juice and honey (optional). Drink this every morning on an empty stomach for weight loss!
